Inspection Procedure

  1. The Sanitary Inspector for the Health Department visits the site mentioned in the complaint to assess the reported Public Health concern.
  2. A thorough inspection is carried out to identify the nature and extent of the problem.
  3. Findings from the inspection are documented in a comprehensive report, detailing the observations, assessment, and recommendations for addressing the issue.

Reporting and Updates

  1. The inspection report is updated in the complaint register to keep a complete record of the investigation findings.
  2. Based on the report, necessary actions are planned and implemented to resolve the Public Health issue identified during the inspection
